    A national charity providing information support and training on ADHD for parents and professionals. ADDISS can refer you to one of its 26 affiliated groups across the UK.
  • AIMS - Association for Improvements in the Maternity Services

    Offers advice and support to prospective parents. Also supports midwives as practitioners in their own right.
  • ARC (Antenatal Results and Choices)

    ARC provides information and support to parents before, during and after antenatal testing and when an abnormality is diagnosed in an unborn baby. Help is offered for as long as is needed whatever decision is made about the future of the pregnancy.

    We promote breastfeeding and provide information about its benefits. We offer support and counselling to mothers and health professionals.
